Speaking of access, try that for starters. But then there's much better.
Like the new Informix Dynamic 4GL if you want to have your character cake
and eat Win too. Or any number of tools - like Informix's sturdy, quick and
dirty sql, forms, report writer - Isql - or the db admin's interface -
dbaccess interface bundled with the product (sure beats Oracle's PLSQL
editor), not to mention a host of other pretty good interfaces for serious
Windows development - in 2 or N-tier arenas like Delphi and Powerbuilder.
For reports, Crystal, IQ, etc. and on it goes. Maybe even Oracle's Forms???
which some Oracle aficionados tell me is not dependable.
