ism failure to startup

I recently needed to recover from a system crash and ISM would not restart. Here is the process for restarting it: cd / mv nsr nsr.OLD cd $INFORMIXDIR ($INFORMIXDIR should be already set) mv ism ism.OLD you can now restart ism with ism_startup -init you'll need to readd admins and you'll need to readd your tape devices, but its a quick and dirty way to get back up and running in a hurry.
