IDS 9.4 Installation problems

Hi There, =20 We installed IDS 9.4 and realised we had done it the wrong way as we needed to do a custom install so we could specify the DBSpace and everything and also we had to specify where we needed it to mirror. So we uninstalled and then reinstalled IDS this time doing it the correct way, but when we ran DBAccess and went to select one of the databases it came up with an error, I cannot remember the exact error message but it was something like cannot access ol_jreid.=20 =20 Now what we did was looked at the uninstall and decided to stop all the relative services and run the uninstall and then remove all the registry keys, as we managed to find the ones we needed to remove from the web, now when we try run the IDS setup program is comes up with the window checking user permissions and then quits nothing happens.=20 =20 Can anyone shed any light on this as to why it is not running the setup anymore when it was doing it fine before.=20 =20 I have checked the user permission and they are fine, and if the were not I am sure the program would tell me rather than just quitting out on me.=20 =20 Any help would be gratefully received.=20 =20 Many Thanks in Advance =20 =20 =20 Scott=20
