RE: XPS or IDS customers using SANs?

Hi, We use IDS 7.31, IDS 9.30 and XPS 8.40 onbar and TSM 4.2.2.5 and Hitachi 9960 who is the customer? Alm. Brand Denmark how much data are they storing? 300 Gig which platform is the server on? AIX 4.3.3 and AIX 5.1 (Regatta) what storage vendor is being used? Hitachi where the primary fibre channels are connect directly to the storage box, the secondary channels are connect thru a switch has the customer had any issues? Yes Before move to the SAN we configured the Informix servers to use raw-device. So when we changed to SAN we got performance problems which was related to the use of raw-device. The micro-code in the storage box was/is designed to work with cooked-files Change from raw-device to cooked-files increased performance by 15. would the customer be a good success cases?
