PERFORM "tab" moves?

Using PERFORM, does anyone have an answer to moving around a FORM with the "tab" key rather than "arrow" keys? I have database users who "screw up" their screens when they try to "shift-tab" backward through the fields of a form as they might expect to do successfully with other software packages. This must have been discussed (or "cussed") long before my time, but I would appreciate any comments others might have on the subject.
