Informix 7.23 hangs on HP UX 10.20

Hi guys, Here is the following situation: We have just upgraded Informix Dynamic Server 7.12 to 7.23 on HP UX 10.20. No problem with starting Informix, but when we try to execute, for example, "dbexport" or "dbimport" or any SQL statement ... HP UX crashes and reboots. Unix tells, that doesn't know the reason (process) of the crash. Are there any suggestions? Thank you in advance! Best regards, Milen.
