Thanks Frank: Which test application are you referring to? I have I-Net, but no test app I know of. I made the entries in the etc /services on my NT machine, but no luck still. What else needs to be running for this whole thing to work? Do I need to be running some other background process on the PC? Interbase server? Some type of BDE daemon? I am missing something here. Any unique or weird entries in the BDE config that are not obvious? I appreciate your comments.
