Correct me if I'm wrong. > > Cheers > Bill Hails Sorry Bill, I believe it is due to the fact that it is not possible to trust NFS record locking on all implementations. Because of this Informix generally disallows NFS access using C-ISAM. This is why Standard Engine doesn't work across NFS either as it is built on top of C-ISAM. Cheers - Jim My opinions are my own.
