Problem with Illustra Server (NT)

Hi, A month ago, we installed Informix Illustra Server 7.22 on Windows NT. We also installed the web datablade module. Everything worked fine until we installed an other program on that machine. That program has some kind of co-operation with the web server. The problem: When using the database with Illustra Query Tool, Elan Licence Manager (ELM) stops after few moments. The ELM can be started from the Services window of the NT, but later it stops again. Note, the problem does not exist, if the web datablade is not in use. I have removed the problematic program from the server, installed the web server and Illustra software again, but the problem still exists. When I installed the "problematic program", the installation program said: You have chosen to install ODBC. Your current ODBC files will be overwritten if you install ODBC. => We pressed the "OK" button. Perhaps the installation program overwrote the ODBC files of NT. Perhaps ELM needs the ODBC files of NT. Does anyone have any experience about this kind of a situation?
