Informix CLI and ODBC problem

Problem 1 : Using Informix ilogin 32 demo or Intersolv's Informix drivers (on Windows 95) to login to an Informix ODS (7.24) takes about a minute or more. This occurs for some PCs but on my own PC, the login is instantaneous. Problem 2 : Configuring data sources for Informix drivers (Informix CLI or Intersolv 32-bit drivers) in ODBC32 gives me the following error : "The setup routines for the <driver> could not be loaded due to system error 1157."
