Temp dbspace in RAM

Please tell me how to create temp dbspace in RAM. It will be good if your suggestion was for Unixware7

Hi, Jonathan The server works as mix of OLTP and OLAP systems and there are many operations with temp dbspaces (I can see that) . So I'd like to try another technique to speed up 'temporary' actions.
