Finally a new offical version of the FAQ

Well it's the start of the year so after quite a few days holiday I finally found time to put the FAQ though HTMLCHEKER (including checking cross references between files, Hurrah! Phew!) All the links should now work and any HTML errors are now fixed. Also I have added in most of the new stuff I had. This should now be regarded as an offical release (my first, on Jan 1st!) and the next stage is for a) Freezing the FAQ until Monday whilst you get to check it over for any silly mistakes. b) Sending it to www.iiug.org and other offical sites for "offical" release. [Kerry,Walt how do I do this?] Comments are appreciated. PS Guess who saw in the New Year whilst working on the FAQ!.
