Fail Consistency Check

Do you if there is something I can do when I get this error in INFORMIX OnLine 5.0 log file? 12:40:19 -- Fail Consistency Check -- pthdrpage:ptwrite:bad bfget -- Nodump for pid 75611, uid 236. Already took 4. 12:40:20 I/O bad request chunk 0, pagenum 0, pagecnt 1 12:40:20 tblspace header error: 12:40:20 3067c8ac: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 ........ ....... I used tbcheck but there is nothing wrong with any tblspace. I can't understand what is the problem. Any provided help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
