Informix and Mac Front Ends - HELP PLEASE

I've been looking for information everywhere and since I'm not a database guru, the info I get is not all that comprehensible. Therefore I'm gonna try one last time and instead of asking what I think will work for me I'm going to post what I want and hope all you knowledgible folks out there can help. * We have Informix 5.x-7.x (Both Online and SE - under solaris) * We have a bunch of macs and unix boxes on ethernet * I don't care what the cost is * I have 4D experience * I would prefer not to have to write any SQL * I would prefer not to use FileMaker Pro * I would prefer not to go through 500 pieces of middleware and all I want is * To write GUI front ends to our Informix databases that will run on our macs. If you could please provide any information on EXACTLY (well as much as you feel like writing down) how this can BEST be done I would most appreciate it as I only have a few strands of hair left and people are starting to look at me funny and I'm having way to many dreams concerning databases, their acronyms, and large waitress named Thelma (but that's another story) Thanks a bunch.
