Migrating to Universal Server

We're running Informix Dynamic Server, version 7.30.UC5-1 on Solaris. We are considering migrating to Universal Server. I have two questions for anyone willing to help: (1) are the disk formats be compatible; i.e., will I need to perform a logical table reload, or can I bring IUS up on my existing data spaces, and (2) is there a place on the web where I can research the usual known migration issues.
