Hi, I have some users that need to drop tables in my informix database but I do not want to give any user "resource" or "dba" permission. Can anyone show me in a simple perl script on how to change the user's id to run my perl scripts as a different user? This way I can allow the user to drop tables but without giving them permissions other than "connect". Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...
