C-ISAM problem - can anybody help?

Hi, I am trying to port a working application to AIX 3.2. C-ISAM appears to be version 4.10.UE1. I am having the following problems:- The linker complains of an unsatisfied external reference to something named 'closd'. An inspection of the library yields the reference to be in the 'isrecvr.o' module. I created a stub for this function returning a NULL but the app just hangs on the first call to 'isopen'.
