Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Dear all,
Two questions for you all:
1) Has any one ever tried to get a query plan (by setting explain on) on =
database A for the query that actually runs on database B (could be on a =
different computer) by copying the database statistics from B to A (such =
as systables, sysdistrib, etc.)?
2) Is there any way that you can get a query plan without actually running =
the query (not by pressing the interrupt key)?
Thanks for your response.
Peter Wang
