Processor affinity

Hi, Is it possible to determine which physical CPU's the VP's run on. I have 6cpu vp's running on an 8 processor machine,with CPU vp affinity. The message log reads " Can't affinity VP 1 to phy proc 0 errno 4,Can't affinity VP 3 to phy proc 0 errno 62...." errno 2 is "interrupted system call" errno 62 is "timer expired" Everything else is ok. So , In this scenario how are CPU vp's scheduled across processors ? TIA Sathish Sadagopan

Does your hardware support procesor affinity? You can't do it on some, HP for example.
