cperf in ESQL/C 5.0

I'm porting some age old Informix ESQL/C routines from 2.1 to 5.0. These are routines that are imbedded into Perform. The 5.0 "cperf" is now giving me an "undefine" error on "_iqdbase". Question: 1. Is "cperf" still supported? I don't seems to be able to find it anywhere in the ESQL/C Programmer's Manual 5.0. 2. Where is "_iqdbase"? Which library has it so I can include that in the compile?
