How to sort Detail records on Forms? (and other Q's)

I know you can't order it.:( The code I saw did something like the following after the option was chosen from a shell script menu. - Run a sacego report that selects the fields from the required tables and order it appropriately. The output looks like an unload file. - Create a new table 'tab_new' - Load the report output into the tab_new table. - Run your form based on tab_new. A lot of C code was involved with this form and I was told that a C routines would update/insert the correct table. - Delete table when done.
