Using a stored procedure -- go to DejaNews (http://www.dejanews.com) or an equivalent news archive and dig out the discussions on this subject in the last year and a half. It has been answered a number of times, and some of those times I have answered. You'll probably do better if you search on INTERVAL in the (subject) keywords and using my name rather than my login in the Author section. I'm suffering from an attack of laziness and don't want to go digging around my email archives to reproduce the answer(s) yet again.
