Parallel Database Solutions

Is anyone aware of a solution for Informix that will allow two servers to access the same instance of a database at the same time ? How about a database replication scheme that will allow updates to both the master and the replicant and keep both databases in sync ? I would appreciate any feedback. Please respond via e-mail.
