we are currently using IQ for Windows with Std Engine and have had no problems It seems to be stable.....note, there are some iqconfig.dat options that will let you tailor some preferences....example.....how many decimals should it bring in from Informix to IQ on decimal fields.....etc...etc... We recommend it.....Good luck
