Well, an easy fix, if you don't want to change the report, is to adj your printer model (you'll probably find it in /usr/spool/lp/model) to send the correct pitch & height before the report is sent to the printer, if it already isn't able to do so. If you are looking for a more sofisticated formatting (i.e. different pitch & height in different lines), then you have to alter the report and include print statements that send the required strings to your printer. Also, have a look at the IIUG software archive (http://www.iiug.org/). I'm sure you'll find something usefull there (like dynamically changing the report lenght or width).
