Must have supervised large scale development projects. 2. Director of Development: 8 yrs experience in large scale development projects. Indepth knowledge of Project Cycles, Risk and Project Management. Must know Informix 4GL and OnLine. It is a plus if applicant has experience using FourGen Case Tools and NewEra.
