Trigger stored procedure to start batch file in IUS

Hi, I'm a newbie in Informix database. Is there a way to run a batch file (e.g. autoexec.bat) reciting in Windows NT file directory using trigger that is activated inside IUS 9.12 database (NT). TIA, Aik Khoon
