WAIUG Forum 93 - Internet Access

The Washington Area Informix Users Group will be holding a one day forum on November 16, 1993. One of the activities of the WAIUG Forum 93 will be to introduce our members to comp.databases.informix and the Informix mailing list on the internet. We plan to have a terminal running all day with internet access so our members can try out this wonderful group. We will have a question and answer table set up where members can post questions to the net. I will also conduct a session on how to access the net, the mailing list, and the Informix archive at Emery. This session will be at the end of the day, and I hope to show some answers to questions that members posted during the day. Any help in answering questions from our members on that day will be greatly appreciated. The forum is from 8:30 to 5:00 on November 16th, 1993. Walt Hultgren has made some helpful suggestions and David Snyder has contributed some of his public domain software for our user group diskette. Any other suggestions would also be appreciated.
