IUG - Birds Of Feather - Warehousing

Interested parties, (cc'ed to those who replied to my previous message) In case you hadn't guessed, my administrative organizational skills are almost as poor as Informix's seem to be. Or perhaps they just consider me someone to be blown off. In any event I never managed to get the folks at Informix to give me any indication on how to set up a birds of feather session. This is sort of the nth hour so its a touch late to worry about it now. At the same time I would dearly love to meet with any interested parties and chat about what everyone is doing, challenges, methodologies and so on. What I suggest is that those of us who are interested get together on our own for an extra-conferencial gathering. Sunday night is booked for the informal IUG meet, Tuesday is booked for the official IUG meet. Wednesday night is going to be the conference party. Looks like Monday is the only evening left. The opening recception goes through 7:00pm. Sounds like an ideal spot to have an informal chat and perhaps wander off afterwards for dinner. If you can't make that, we can always communicate through the 'official' channels they leave lying around at the conference - the bulletin boards. Last year they also had email available to one and all.
