Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
In the interest of saving space I've trimmed off the text of the
response.
Wouldn't these values just apply strictly to the IBM provider?
Different providers have different required fields, correct? I've
looked at the OpenLink documentation, but it seems to assume that
everyone only uses either JDBC or is writing a C++ program.
Let me ask my original question in a slightly different way. If I
create a system DSN that works, could I directly extract the name
of the fields and their values from my regististry. If so, is
there any way of determining which fields are absolutely required
and which are just default values that I can ignore?
