If you have multiple temp dbspaces, you need to take special care in regards to the size of the 1st temp dbspace listed in the ONCONFIG. Online has a bug in that during an Index build, if the 1st temp dbspace was not the same size as the others, it assumed that the size of the 1st temp dbspace was all the space it had to work with and would internally recalculate based upon the limited resources and continue. This resulted in a single-threaded index build. Informix Bug 83745.
