Informix Gateway

HI folks We have a need to be able to access an Oracle 8 database via our Informix 4GL applications (we are running Informix DSA 7.30). After lots of research (and not much help from Informix) I believe we need: INFORMIX OPEN (this will give us a ODBC Oracle Driver) INFORMIX GATEWAY MANAGER (this will allow the 4gl programs to access tables via ODBC) ORACLE CONNECTIVITY SOFTWARE (NET, NET8 WHATEVER) Is that the only things I need? In the OPEN documentation it mentions ORACLE NET but we are using ORACLE NET-8, will I run into any problems? In order for this to work do I need Oracle, Open, Gateway manager to be on the same server? Another option is Querix's 4GL compiler for Oracle or for ODBC. Never tried it but it gets good reviews. Art S.
