Easy way to do this is just use "unload" in sql. Can also use ACE in its simplest form ("on every row") to write out a fixed length (.sdf) file. Remember to use addcr or unix2dos to add the carriage return that DOS needs. Call me at 212/924-5400 during business hours and will happily help.
