Strong programming background with expertise in PERL, C and/or C++. Expertise in HTML. Experience in or ability to work efficiently with small development teams. Experience designing, specifying, and implementing development projects. This position requires excellent technology skills, effective project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of system design and development concepts. Experience managing own development time to meet deadlines. Strong troubleshooting abilities. A degree in computer science preferred.
