Verifying A Column contents

Does anyone know of an easy (one time only) using SQL or ESQL to check to see if the value in a Char(30) is anything other then an Alpha character. I have a large name table and I need to find any first or last name that has non-alpha characters so that they can be reviewed. TIA Paul Crompton lee county clerk of courts. * Paul EXT. 2270
