'finderr 28' gives 'no space left on device'. I suspect TAPESIZE has been set incorrectly for your drive. Perhaps your data isn't as compressible as you may think? Also check LTAPESIZE to see whether that's correct. finderr 28 -28 No space left on device. An operating-system error code with the meaning shown was unexpectedly returned to the database server. Either a database table or an ASCII output file has probably filled the available disk space. Look for other operating-system error messages that might give more information. Perhaps the tape filld up?
