Long tablenames

One of the disadvantages to this solution is if you have two or more tables
with similar names:
abc_assembly_revs and
abc_assembly_info will both wind up having the same name. Doesn't/didn't
dbexport rename them all on unloading to somthing like tablennnn where nnnn
was the tabid?
