Help! MAXMEM param on SCO/Informix 5.0

Hello, Has anyone had troubles increasing shared memory on under SCO before? tbinit fails with a -12 out of core message, and also refers to the MAXMEM kernel param. We've adjusted these, but obviously not in the correct way, and I'm hoping to hear from others who have experienced this before. Thanks in advance...
