In the example below, Joe blow once belonged to 3 deptartments, but has dropped out of one of them. I want to remove the current entry in field c and leave it blank (or null). I can't find a keystroke to do that. Fields d and e are empty and I don't get an error with them. in the screen section: Code Department name [a ] [aa ] [b ] [bb ] [c ] [cc ] [d ] [dd ] [e ] [ee ] in the attributes section: a = names.dept1, lookup aa = depts.name joining *depts.code; b = names.dept2, lookup bb = depts.name joining *depts.code; c = names.dept3, lookup cc = depts.name joining *depts.code; d = names.dept4, lookup dd = depts.name joining *depts.code; e = names.dept5, lookup ee = depts.name joining *depts.code; Mark Trotter (trotter.1@osu.edu)
