Multithread programming in Informix ESQL/C 7.10 for Win32

Informix esqlc preprocessor has an option for linking module with specific C runtime library: esql -rt:s (libc) -rt:m (libcmt) -rt:d (msvcrt) where libcmt - multithreaded version of libc. Is this mean possibility to create multithread application with multiple thread, connected on same database, working simultaneous. I try and be success in multiprocess architecture with ESQL/C 4.11 for UNIX. But how to create multithread analog with ESQL/C 7.10 for Win32 ? -- . .
