Your best bet is to grab a copy of the CISAM product manual. Listed in one of the appendixes is the structure of the log file, and a copy of the header file from the source code. It is basically just a fixed header with a variable length row image following it. You can use this (at your own risk, of course) to access the logfile in any way you wish.
