Dirk, If your looking to manage your databases on NT connected to UNIX, try downloading Informix's Relational Object Manager (www.informix.com). It allows you to connect via an ODBC driver and will give you a beautiful graphical interface to manage servers, databases, tables and will even check your [ oil ;) ] syntax for SQL, Store Procedures and Triggers. I manage my database design with S-Designor under NT and can take the scripts, stored procedures and triggers, check syntax and pound them into the database. Handy when working with multiple database vendors. Man, these guys write good software!
