Hello, In a database table there is a field of character string type. This string contains carriage return character. I need to update this field in order to remove this useless character. Can anyone tell me which is the best solution to replace an ASCII "carriage return" char in a field with other ASCII char (with a space, for example) from a large table? Version is Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.30.UC2 on Solaris 7 Thanks in advance. Elena
