SHMBASE for AIX 4.1.4 SMP RS6000

the onconfig.std had SHMBASE as 0x30000000 yet in the MACHINE SPECIFIC NOTES FOR INFORMIX-OnLine 7.12.UC2 PRODUCT RELEASE DATE: 23 Feb 1996 it says the value should be SHMBASE 0x30000000L. Does anyone know which one is CORRECT?
