I-Net Question

Hi all, ok, here is the scenario: I've got a compaq 486 with SCO ODT and Informix-SE 5.01 with I-Net installed. I've got another compaq with SCO 3.2.4.2 with I-Net and Informix-SE 5.01. The first compaq has all the application programs while the second houses all of the data. (it acts a a databse server you could say) The problem is as follows. After a few hours of heavy processing, the application machine freezes up completely. The database server goes on like nothing happened. I put all the databases back on the application machine and the problem disappeared. Put the databases back on the server, and the the application machine freezes up again (at random). Again, it only seems to be during heavy processing. It can sit idle all night and never freeze up. I've analyzed all of the sar reports prior to lock up and nothing seems out of the ordinary. As usual, I get no console messages either. Has anyone else experienced the problem at all?
