RE: NUMCPUVPS on a box having multiple Informix Instances
Start with the question .. How much CPU resource do you expect each
instance to need? Similarly for the BUFFER resource. Here you can probably
allocate more CPUVP's than CPU's, but someone may get starved if both
instances hit maximum at the same time, or if you have AFFINITY set.
