Max No. of Informix Processes

What is the actual number of informix sql processes allowed with a 64 user license? For example: If I have 16 users who each exec 4 sql processes, the total number is 64 sql processes. Obviously, I don't have 64 users on the system. Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me? Am I exceeding the license if more processes are running, or more users? We are using Online 5.0 on HP/UX. Thanks in advance, mstowski@seas.gwu.edu
