It's bug 82731, identified and patched for version 3.11, which of course isn't yet available. A patch to retrofit to 3.10TC1 has been requested, and should become available in mid-December. You might want to open a tech support case so that when the patch becomes available you'll be notified. Barring that, save my email address somewhere and tweak me in December. FYI: another NE 3.10TC1 bug (82644) causes Function-key combinations assigned as ixMenu accelerators to not work.
