As well you should. Stored procedures are not supported in 4.11 products, at
least not directly. If you insist, then sprintf your create procedure code
to a char host variable, prepare that variable and execute it.
E.g.
$char bbuf[10000];
sprintf(bbuf, "CREATE PROCEDURE VLD_SITE(aSiteId INTEGER, ErrMsg
VARCHAR(70))");/* string is truncated for space savings */
$prepare p1 from $bbuf;
$xecute p1;

Then use dbaccess. Or buy esql 5.01.
