Anyone else heard anything? > Yes. I talked with your source. Seems Sippl doesn't like how the current management is handling things and feels that he could purchase the product back, cross license the IP w IBM, all at a fraction of what IBM paid for it. Of course, coming from a Clown, I don't know if I'd trust that guy Harvey you talked with. Seems he's got a busy weekend ahead and will be in DC. Rumor has it that Harvey is going to be at the White House for their Easter Egg hunt/party that they throw for the kids. Maybe he want's to talk w Obama about something? (Harvey isn't his real name, its part of his cover....) I don't think that there are a couple of people at IBM who'd go for it though. Seems they'd be out of a job and they wouldn't get a retention package. Sippl doesn't want them, just the IP and code. But hey! What do I know? Maybe OTC's 'Harvey' fed me a line? -G _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail: Trusted email with powerful SPAM protection. http://clk.atdmt.com/GBL/go/210850553/direct/01/
